Louvre Museum in Paris, France

Paris Is Not a Checklist. She's a Love Letter

Your vision of Paris exists. Let's go find her.

You can see the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and Montmartre in one exhausting day. People do it constantly. And then there are my clients, who spend that same day differently: a morning market on the Rue Cler, an hour with the Monets at the Marmottan where the crowds never quite reach, a long lunch that dissolves into an afternoon, a walk along the Seine at the hour when the whole city turns gold. Same Paris. Entirely different trip.

Paris rewards the traveler who slows down more than any city I plan — and planning her properly is a particular pleasure of mine, because Paris is where my arts-and-culture heart gets to show off.

It starts with the arrondissement, the decision most people don't know they're making. The Paris of Saint-Germain's cafés and galleries is not the Paris of the Marais's boutiques and falafel lines, is not the village-on-a-hill Paris of Montmartre, is not the grand hotel Paris of the 1st. Where you wake up shapes everything — and I match you to your Paris before we ever talk hotels. Then the hotel itself —chosen for the room, not the lobby —is booked through my partnerships, so it comes with the VIP layer: upgrades when available, breakfasts, credits, and late checkout on departure day—at the same rate you'd find online.

Then the layer that makes Paris sing: timed entries and private guides who turn the Louvre from a queue into a story. The dinner reservations that book out weeks ahead, and the neighborhood bistros that never will because only the neighbors know. Day trips worth the train — Versailles early, Giverny in bloom, Champagne with the right cellar door open. And beyond Paris, the rest of France: Provence's markets, the Loire's châteaux, the Riviera, a Seine or Rhône river cruise that pairs beautifully with a few Paris nights on either end.

Paris is for honeymoons and anniversaries, yes — nowhere sets the table for romance like she does — but also for mothers and daughters, for milestone birthdays, for the solo traveler, for art lovers, and dreamers, and for anyone who has waited long enough. If Paris has been sitting quietly on your list, consider this her handwritten invitation.
